Delete your Hesabu account

Log in on the website or in the app.
Open Settings and press "Delete my account".
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted at once. Shops where you are the only owner are deleted with all their records (products, sales, invoices, photos). In shops owned by someone else, you are taken off the team; the sales you recorded stay in that shop's records.

Can't log in? Email us from your account's address and we will delete it for you within 7 days: branditnakuru@gmail.com

Is it free?

Yes, creating a shop and using Hesabu is free to start.

Who can see my shop's numbers?

Only the people you add to your team, and only what you allow them to see. Each shop's records are kept apart from every other shop.

Do I need a computer?

No. Hesabu works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your phone's home screen to open it like an app.

Why is there no password?

You log in with your email and a 6-digit code we send you. There's nothing to forget, and nobody can log in without access to your email.

Can I have more than one shop?

Yes. Create another shop in Settings, for example for a second branch, and switch between them.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your sales and stock as CSV (Excel) or PDF at any time.
