Hesabu (hesabu.africa) helps businesses record their stock, sales, receipts and invoices. By creating an account or using Hesabu you agree to these terms.
You sign in with your email address and a code we email you. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business you add.
The records you put in your shop belong to you and your business. Only the people you add to your team can see them, with the rights you choose. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, prices, taxes and invoices, and for the people you give access to.
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to mislead customers, to store other people's personal data without a lawful reason, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms, and will tell the owner why when we can.
Hesabu is a record-keeping tool. Its reports and invoices do not replace a tax device, accountant or official filing where the law requires one (for example KRA eTIMS in Kenya).
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Export your sales and stock regularly (CSV or PDF) to keep your own copy.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Shops where you are the only owner are deleted with all their records.
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Questions: branditnakuru@gmail.com.
Hesabu keeps your stock, sales, receipts and invoices in one place, and shows your profit every day. Your whole team works in the same books, with the rights you choose.
One place for the work you do every day, from the first sale to the end-of-month report.

Takings, buying costs, profit and best sellers by day, week, month and year. Export to CSV or PDF.
Add cashiers and managers and choose what each person can see. Cashiers never see your buying prices.
Write posts for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in English or Kiswahili, and make posters of your products.

This permanently deletes all from every period, not just the one you're looking at. It can't be undone, so export a CSV first if you want a copy.
